"Breakfast very good. a/c always cold no matter what temp you set. Spa excellent. Room TINY and like living on a small sailboat, but every square inch utilized. I forgot an electric toothbrush, etc and I returned 8 hours later and they had it. I'll return there if the price is good when I visit Shinjuku again."

"The room was big enough for three adults and one child. The room could’ve been a little more clean but overall it was good. It was really helpful that the hotel was located inside the airport as I was going to be traveling back home. I love that I was able to leave my luggage at the property while I took care of other things in the city Before leaving Tokyo."

"The location of the hotel was perfect for what we needed — easy access to Tokyo and other areas. We arrived late on our first day and only had about 15 minutes to grab dinner before the kitchen closed. Unfortunately, we ended up paying over $115 for two adults and three kids (9, 6, and 3), and we barely got any food. Dinner was buffet‑style, and honestly, that was my biggest disappointment. However, the little shop with amenities is a HUGE plus, and having a Lawson connected to the hotel is incredibly convenient. Overall, it’s a great hotel despite that one hiccup. "
