"家族５人で５泊しましたが、滞在中はとても快適でした。コンビニも徒歩１分くらいにあり、繁華街も近いので、外食も不自由しませんでした。ただ、チェックインの時のモニター端末の音量が小さく、係の人の声がほとんど聞こえない感じになってました。また、２つの端末のうち、1つは壊れていて、使用不能のため、かなり時間を要してストレスでした。エアコンの一つがほぼ送風のみで１６度に設定しても冷えませんでした。直したほうがいいと思います。"

"The location is in the opposite side of Toyako Onsen, and there are very few óptions of public transportation, good if you have a car. The Park in front in the Lake is nice. "

"Check in is by iPad and only in Japanese- I had to ask someone to call a local number for help checking in. (I am an English speaker and had no access to phone) staff spoke English but were not helpful as I had issues checking in. It was late. The location is not ideal though the place once you figure it out is comfortable. "

"It's a log cabin which is unique in nature. There were 2 types of beds which are good for children and adults. The pool table created a fun time for the family"

"ホテルが空いてなかったため利用しました。ホテルよりも広く、千歳駅からも徒歩圏であり、すぐ近くにセイコーマートもあり便利です。ただ、清掃がやや雑に思えます。ぱっと見は綺麗なのですが、よく見ると「風呂場の床の隅のほうが水垢で赤くなっている」「食器棚の中に毛が落ちておる」「ベットボードの枕元の棚は埃が溜まってる」など、気になる箇所がありました。一泊当たり1万5千円払ってこれなら、次回はホテルが空いてないときは遠くても札幌市内で空いてるホテルを探そうかと思います。"

"The hotel is adequate. Our room was spacious enough to make our 5 nights stay comfortable. Its biggest plus is access to the grand baths across the road. On-site bakery is great. There is no reception as such, staff from bakery multi task. The main issue was Wi-Fi or lack of it on the 6th floor."

"Crystal clean room and facilities. The onsen is truly the best — relaxing, spotless, and perfect after a long trip. The only thing I was a little sad about is that I wished for longer onsen hours, especially for guests with late flights. Breakfast was okay — not a lot of variety, but enough to be satisfying. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay right at the airport."

"As a North American traveler, you need to make sure you select a western room that has a shower. Some of the rooms do not have a shower and you need to use the baths.
