"This was a wonderful experience and an excellent place to stay. Koto-Ku was beautiful and had many stores and eateries within walking distance. The location was perfect for allowing one to see, hear, and feel how the locals and native people live on a daily basis. The staff at the hotel were super helpful in helping me navigate the city as a foreigner and tourist. I actually stayed at the hotel twice and each of the rooms offered stunning view of the decadent Tokyo skyline. I highly recommend...

"The location is excellent. There’s a lovely area with restaurants and cafés nearby, perfect for an evening stroll while enjoying a beautiful view of Tokyo Bay. I really enjoyed my stay and the hotel was nice as well. The only thing to keep in mind is that you need to take a bus from Ginza Station to reach the hotel. Other than that, everything was ok"

"their staff doesn't really speak english so it may be difficult to communicate when you have specific needs but check in/out is simple by following the machine so no need to talk to the staff. they have lots of free toiletries and such, even hair tools, they have an area to grab them for free (just remember to return it), you can also borrow an umbrella if it is raining. the room we got for 3 people was the family room (good for 8 i believe) so we had more than enough space for our large...

"This turned out to be the perfect stay for almost a week in Tokyo. We were three travelers and it was more than adequate space for all of us to stay comfortably. The location was very good too, very close to the station and maybe convenience stores. It was very nice to come back from very crowded areas in Tokyo to a very quiet Nihonbashi. The staff were EXCELLENT. Spoke great English and helped us ship luggage and buy bus passes to the airport. Everything went perfect and I would love to stay...
