"The hotel and my room in general was acceptable and the location was great. HOWEVER, the carpet in the room was so worn out and it smelled like people/pet peed on it. "Overall good stay, the garden was a high light to walk around at night. Ukulele class at hotel lobby was fun. Swimming pool, water park was packed. Hotel offered ice-cream machine for free and need to take a token from reception but we didn’t know until the day we checked out. Need to see the sign next to the machine, did not look as not too kin on sweet but my children love, wish we knew earlier or was given a token when check in would be more useful. Hotel off ¥5606 for food order as platinum member but was given a VIP lounge pass, it was nice but we do not drink alcohol, food was limited snack but no to our taste, spaces was full when we wen first evening. I prefer cash credit for food order in the future. Thanks"
