"This was one of the best hotels my husband and I have stayed in! We had the corner deluxe twin and the layout was great and extremely comfortable. チェックイの手続きをしていただいた方とは、ちょっとすれ違いが有りましたが、お気遣い頂き利用したレストラン前でお待ちになられていて、細やかな気配りがされているのを感じました。
お茶をしようと思い、ビューの有るラウンジに行きましたが、満席状態ではいれなかったのは残念ですが、他のレストランにははいれました。
お部屋は、使い込まれた設備でしたがしっかり手入れのされた設備で良かったと思います。"

The hotel is overall good being modern n clean looking with a touch of class. Location is ok with Shiodome odeo line being under the same roof nearby n the Ginza Asakusa line bit further away. The smaller rooms are tight but there are larger ones. It has everything u need with Japanese clinical efficiency. It felt a bit robotic. A negative would be their strict check out policy. "Very new and really nice hotel. Good connection to the airport with a direct train. The room has a lot of equipment and it was great to have a washing machine and microwave. We had a 2 bed room which had a good size for Tokyo. I loved the public bath which is very relaxing. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. Bar onsite was perfect for a pre-dinner drink. Afternoon and evening snacks in the lobby were a nice touch. The hotel was in a central area close to shopping and options for train stations. Walkability was also a bonus. Great room amenities. Comfortable bed.

"Very convenient location for Tsukiji market shopping and dining. Room was small, but efficiently arranged. Great to have laundry in room. Check in was very quick but pre check in process was very time consuming because of the ridiculous way of entering dates using calendars rather than entertaining year, month, and day separately. Staff was fantastic, holding our bags after early arrival and placing bags in room after check in time. Highly recommend this property."
