"Check-in was straight forward, we did the pre check-in and added late check-out on to our booking, when we got to the hotel it hadn't come through but the receptionist was a diamond and got it sorted really quickly for us. It was a friendly welcome, the room was lovely and clean, the shower was nice and powerful. Plenty of space in the room. Easy to find the hotel and close enough to plenty of places to visit"
