"My initial impression was negative based on outside appearance, but became positive as we adjusted to the room. Everything was as expected for a Comfort Inn. It is an old building that they have kept in good condition. Staff were great. Typical breakfast was just fine."

"The hotel overall was great. There was a 12 hour power outage ( no fault of the hotel), but no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. My dissatisfaction is directly with Expedia. Expedia offered $100 lower price approximately 1 hour after I booked. While i understand it was a 3rd party deal, there was no recognition of the major change in price. Again no compensation or future gift/discount for future stay was offered. I even called the hotel directly prior to booking, to get advice...
