room had a sheet on bed had to ask for a cover they said they didn’t have any i asked for half of my money back and then all of sudden they found a cover that had been soiled with blood or yellow stains all ovet it and brought it to me i will never ever book there again it stinks also the ice machine looked disgusting didn’t even trust the ice !!! the 24 hour coffee offered was good though also the luggage carrier was so nasty !!!? don’t understand that and how!!

The shower had no water pressure, the scrambled eggs were dry, there was no sausage, the juice machine was broken, the coffee was terrible, people were shouting obscenities at night, the worst quality place I've ever stayed at.

The tub had what looked like food in it. The toilet paper looked like it had been dropped in the toilet and then dried out to use. Breakfast bagels were very stale.

The rooms needed work. Shower didn’t work the greatest, had to be move to a different room due to heater not working, drawer was broken , lamps barely worked. Had to do a once over before we used the bathroom

Very dirty. Sheets had hairs all over them. Bathroom disgusting. We checked in and checked right back out. Staff was understanding and friendly. Do not stay here.

The room was not clean. It was disgusting. The walls were gross. They had marks all over them that looked like smeared bodily fluids. The ceiling was actually falling with stains and broken patches that looked like pipes were burst above. Fortunately, we were only sleeping and leaving. The beds seemed clean, but my blanket was stained.

The room was disgusting. Carpet looked dirty and was fraying where it met the tile. There were stains on the duvet covers and the walls. The lotion,shampoo and conditioner bottle s were left from the previous guest, they were 1/2 empty. The bathroom room had dirt in the corner s, the tub had a dirt ring around it and the shower head leaked. There were only 2 working lightbulbs above the sink. The coffee pot was broken and they only left decaf in the room. The toilet seat was cracked and repaired with caulking. It also didn't flush well so they left a plunger in the bathroom that is unsanitary. The person who checked us in didn't even tell us her name, but we did hear her life history. The door lock was broken and not repaired. The dead bolt did work thankfully. The washer , dryer, ice machine and vending machines were all broken. The customer printer didn't work. It was just a trash heap and that's a compliment!

When my family arrived, the room was dirty. Food was on the floor and unclean blankets were lying around. My daughter went to the bathroom and poop was on the toilet. My husband left the hotel and had to find another place to stay for the night. We will be seeking a full refund.

This was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Had to move rooms 2 times and they got worse and worse. Absolutely disgusting and should be shut down.
