This was our 1st stay at the Wilderness and it was very disappointing. Limited breakfast options and opened late for our hungry toddler and teenager. The rooms are extremely snug.

Lovely resort with a lot of things to do on property. Free transportation between buildings. A couple staff seemed like they didn’t particularly want to talk to people, but most staff were great - especially the bus driver Alvin and the girl working at the Stone Hill Starbucks! The bathroom was very dark, but the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s a little bit of a drive into Pigeon Forge, but I’d definitely stay here again!

Convenient transportation Didn’t like that there weren’t any food or pool options at the stone hill lodge location where we stayed everything was at the main building. Water park was nice.

Fun place but very expensive . Also was double charged resort fee and taxes .they said expedia didnt charge them and had me pay at checkout .after reviewing statement expedia had charged .had to call reservations line and talk to supervisor to get refund . Rooms arent bad but at almost 400 nite could be better

My bathroom had horrible mold in the ceiling an I was never asked to be moved to another room! Also the shower wouldnt drain so we basically had to stand in our own shower water!!
