"The location of this hotel was amazing. Steps from the train station, the mall and 7-11. The staff was absolutely amazing - stored our bags both before check-in and after check-out. The personalized touches and attention to detail made our stay very special. The room was perfect for our family of four with lots of space. "

"Incredibly convenient with the hotel being a short 7 minute walk from kyoto station allowed me to shop and easily return to hotel and head out again. Bus stop to Kiyomizu was also close by. Staff were always super friendly and helpful, and they also speak good English. Would definitely consider staying here next time. "

"Great amenities (washing machine & dryer in the bathroom awesome) & to be so close to Fushimi Inari. It is quite a long way from other sights in Kyoto though but close to a local train station so fine if you’re happy to take transport to get around. Beds great & nice feather pillows. Very clean & tidy but be aware there is no front desk so it’s best to do the check-in prior to arriving. We had an issue with an alarm going off at one point and the staff I rang were very helpful though. There are...

"The place was nice however I requested a bottom bunk and was told “full”. The bunk below me always had someone new every night. Little irritated as I am a large male trying to squeeze up a small ladder. "

"This property was recommended by a local friend as this was my 2nd Kyoto visit within 2yrs. Incredibly convenient location & a few mins walk to Kyoto Station. Many convenience store & small restaurants in the immediate area as we tried a small local izakaya pub late at night after a late arrival around 9pm.
