The staff and service were incredible. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this if you are a family with children or bigger group. "This place is VERY clean, pleasant and convenient. Near Kyoto station but not so close that you notice when you’re at or outside the hotel. Beds were comfortable. Staff were nice. Laundry room was helpful but expensive - but worth it for the convenience. I thought I wouldn’t get a machine as there are only 3 but I did (on a rainy Sunday midday). Dryer isn’t great for heavier items like hoodies or jeans but we hung stuff in our room and it did dry. I liked the coffee for 100 yen, self serve in...
