Hotel is in need of refurbishment. Walls splatter with ? and worn. Bathroom has mold around sink and in shower area. Under bed was very dirty with debris. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping needs work. Floors are dirty. Needed to go to front desk multiple days because housekeeping for got to leave coffee or shorted us towels. No place to put luggage and no real clothing storage in room. More space is given to kitchenette than clothing storage so we lived out of suitcases on the floor.

This hotel is a part of so called officetel. Some of the rooms are long-term residential units and some are being used as hotel. This place has a oven, refrigerator, sink, pots and some silverwares as well as a washer. The room is kind of small and the bed is a little hard for me. The Gym is located on the 9th fl with 4 treadmills with only one weight lifting machine. It can't be called Gym. The overall facility is a little worn out. The area is safe and there are plenty of eateries around. The staff was kind.

Very nice staff but the rooms need cleaning and updating. There were stains on the walls and the shower needed cleaning. Rooms are small.

Went thisbplace before Covid years...it was clean and great place to stay. When i visited again in 2023, It was a total different place. Floors and baths are dirty. I don't think the bathroom is even cleaned properly. Hope they can maintain the quality of the place as I remember three years ago.

It was alright. Has all the standard amenities and staff was pleasant. A nice feature is that the room has a kitchen space. The furnishings were a little worn and minimally clean. The sheets were washed but found a hair. Distance is 15 minutes walk to Yangae or Gangnam.

Felt like home for 2 weeks
Very comfortable. The shower is kind of old, but I got used to it. The elevator was slow though because I was on the 20th floor. I wish there was a microwave in the room instead of going all the way down to the basement floor for laundry and microwave. Overall, it was worth the price and it felt like home for 2 weeks.

Good location with mediocre amenities
I stayed in the deluxe room with a longer pantry counter. Room and toilet size are ok. There is no charging point at bedside which is a minus point for me. The toilet amenities are Spartan and the rough towels don’t make the stay comfortable. Depending on your luck, you can find good English speaking reception staff for assistance. Budget hotel for sure if you don’t mind. Location is good and near to Gangnam station.

Great stay for a great price!
Great location and on site parking with late check out! Also super convenient to have a mini kitchen in the room. There was just a tinnnny bit of mold in the bathroom but was still fine to use. Overall a great choice for the price!

Excellent location and great price
Most of all, the location is great! It takes less than 5 min from a subway which is ‘gangnam station’ on foot and around the hotel there are plenty of restaurants and shops to shop and for a sightseeing

I stay here normally when I visit Seoul, because it is located in the centre of Gangnam. I requested some and the staffs helped me every time. I really appreciate them. The cleaners was great, too.

Best for solo travelers.
So this is a bit of an odd place, you need to bring your own towels and toothbrush. For some reason, you only get one toothbrush glass, one towel and one key - even though you are two people. This place is better if you travel alone. Location is great and you and you can get whatever you need from the cafe and store on the ground floor. The overall impression of the hotel would improve a lot with some new paint on the walls. Yet, I keep coming back, because I like it here

Nice rooms in central location
I think this place gives you great value for money. The location is great, close to the Gangnam subway and bus stops that can take you to nearby cities. Gym is good and you can get what you need to cover your needs of nutrition in the coffee shop and emart at ground floor. You have to remember to bring your own tooth brush, which is kind of weird, otherwise I keep coming back to this place.
