This hotel is connected to Ibis which has a 24hrs convenience store (Nice to C U). Via this store, you can purchase / top-up Wow Pass #(for foreigners) or Namane Card. It is also connected to Yongsan Station and a Mall. So, topping up Transport pass (T-pass) is also easy. Note #: Wow Pass holds 2 functions. 1. It allows you to store money to be used almost everywhere within Korea without carrying cash around. 2) It can be used as T-pass. However, you will need to top up T-pass before using.

지난 3월 태교여행으로 나트랑을 결정했고, 여행을 준비하게 되었습니다. 풀빌라가 꼭 있는 리조트가 이번 여행 호텔 선정에 제일 중요한 조건이었기 때문에, 아남을 선택하게 되었습니다. 일다 제가 묶었던 방은 풀빌라였는데 너무 프라이빗하고 테라스를 통해 나가면 바로 바다와 공용풀 접근성이 좋아서 제대로 힐링을 할 수 있었습니다. 태교여행 가시는 분들 진짜 강추! 그리고, 예약에 조금 문제가 있었는데 호텔 직원 Ann님이 친절하게 응대해주셔서 너무 편안한 여행이 되었어요! Thanks for the warm welcome and providing the best service Ann! 꼭 아이와 또 가고싶은 숙소에요!

Upon check out. Staff insisted we used mouthwash and ate chips without even checking room. Must pay. We rejected and insisted they get housekeeping to check. After 10 minutes says no need to pay. Mistake on their part.

Rooms were clean, staff was very nice. Only glitch was once w/housekeeping, everything was rectified. Got to room and there was garbage left under sink from previous guests. Room service was good. Had excellent service from Sccot Lee (yes, correct spelling) concierge. Always very helpful! Thank you! Walking to mall/transport was nice/easy. Washer/dryer was GREAT to have in room. Hardly packed any clothes. 😊 left more room for shopping!

Staff customer service needs work. For the amount of money we paid for this hotel compare to other you would think service would be spotless. It started when the front desk lady in a looking down manner informed us check in is at 1500. But when I asked another staff, for those with reservations they can check you in a few minutes earlier. Room service, it took almost 4 hours for our food to finally arrived as they initially delivered it to another room… and they even had the gall to ask if they need to remake our order in which we said yes. Bar service also needs work, a few times we ordered things and not received them… and we were in the bar every night. House keeping also ignored request for items. For our entire stay no room service was requested, we only asked for replacement coffee or towels… yet a few time they ignored our request/did not drop them off. Not really sure if it’s language barrier or what, but my previous stay in other hotels in S. Korea never had this much issue. My recommendation is for them to work on their customers service process as it needs work badly.

Truly excellent hotel and staff are above and beyond in every way.. Guest services and calls for help with any issues are addressed immediately. Furniture in living room should be better quality, but views from LR and BR are quite spectacular.

This hotel was amazing! We loved the view from our room on the 29th floor. Our room was fantastic - washer & dryer and kitchenette. My daughter and I felt safe and well taken care of. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We also loved that there was a convenience store on site.

The Junior Suite was affordable, and provided a spacious and luxury living area. The bed size was bigger than King, the guest services were prompt and friendly. Overall, this hotel was a treat!

Next to I-Shop shopping mall with great shopping options and dining choices. Next to the yongsan train station. Although we didn't take any train rides in Seoul, but the location is accessible for all types of travellers. Major tourist attractions are within 2-3km radius. Friendly staff! Just make sure when you book your taxi choose the right Novotel! Cuz we ended up at Novotel Gangnam on the first day. The only bad experience was that we checked in on 1st jan which is local long public holiday period, the hotel was overwhelmed by check ins and outs. Waited for about 1hr but our check out was very fast as it was already over the local public holiday period.

Great place to stay!
Awesome location, nice service and great amenities! The first room i got was not clean so I asked the front desk to change the room and it took some time to get it changed. That was the only thing to point out and other than that everything was great. Staffs are nice and the night view was amazing!
