"Wonderful stay! Everyone at the hotel was so helpful and kind. We were able to check in early when we got there, and when I wanted to change rooms they tried very hard to find us a room that would accommodate our needs. So many places are within walking distance like Namdaemun market, Lotte department store (basement has an amazing food court), Myeong Dong and so much more. The place is kept so clean by the amazing cleaning staff who are so nice. Gym has everything you need with a great view and a clean sauna to end your workout."

"Very pleased on the location, options on the lounge were great. Breakfast was very good. Would highly recommend, however , our room was given to us one hour earlier than check in and unlike other hotels I have stayed at all my life , we were charged a fee. Never seen that before. "

"Good location for transport, food and shopping. Great hospitality. Front desk staffs greet their guests when they walk past. Small but functional and comfortable rooms. Room 11 is bigger compared to other double rooms. "
