This hotel was really nice! It’s located a bit out of the touristy areas of Seoul, which some might not like but I personally enjoyed. The rooms were really nice, clean, and spacious, with lovely wood detailing throughout. the beds amazingly comfy with high-quality pillows and linens. I slept well thanks to these, the good soundproofing, and blackout curtains. The bathroom had a tub which was a nice feature (not all hotels in Korea have tubs). The shower head pressure was really strong and the water temperature control was really precise. The TV screen was large, the AC worked fine. The lobby was also really pretty and had a nice smell when you walked in. The hotel provides a small gym and coin laundry which was very convenient. There is a buffet on the 3rd floor that you can purchase separately. There is also a vending machine in the lobby that dispenses toothbrush and toothpaste, snacks, and other convenient goods. If it’s raining, they also provide free umbrellas to borrow. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the line 2 metro (Guro Digital Complex Station). The streets are narrow and kind of bumpy if you have a lot of luggage though, so beware. On the other hand, there is an airport limousine to and from Incheon Airport that stops right in front of the hotel. My only complaint would be that the breakfast buffet food was okay - not bad but not amazing either. But otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would stay here again! The hotel is easily accessible by all forms of transportation (subway / taxi / city express bus). It is within walking distance to Guro Digital Complex Station. The hotel environment is quiet, clean, and secured. The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. They understand and speak English. There is a supermarket, food outlets and cafe in the vicinity. Highly recommended for those looking for good pricing and convenience.

Very modern and comfortable room. Staff was was friendly and helpful. Restaurant buffet dinner was not outrageously expensive though you can find good alternatives at walking distance. Metro station is literally 5 minutes away. In general I found this property very convenient for my short trip to Seoul.

The property itself is good and clean. Chambernaid was nice and helpful. However the staff at the front desk don't make you feel welcome. They don't greet or even bother to look at you when you walk in and out. No friendly gesture at all.

Pretty much a ghost town after hours and on the weekend. It was a hike to get the metro. Staff were helpful, but needed to be prodded to make allowances for service. Very modern, built up area.

Very helpful front staff. I traveled with an injury, and they provided me with help. The woman and gentlemen were very courteous. The cleaning staff were also very nice. I recommend staying here if you like a more quiet area. The gentleman who bowed when we left was a sweet send off for our trip to Busan after.

Good for overseas traveller, in Guro
Well located in the Guro district of Seoul. Easily accessible using 6004 Airport Limousine bus from Incheon A/P or using the train/subway network with Guro Digital Station a 5-10 minute easy walk away. Lots of eating options in the general area. Well appointed rooms, without being over the top, and a satisfactory gym facility. It worked well for my business trip to the city.

Good option for a traveller from overseas.
Clean well appointed hotel with multilingual staff. Plenty of good places to eat in the area. Used the 6004 bus to get there from Incheon and it worked a treat. A good option for an overseas person to use in Seoul.
