Very nice and upscale stay! Everything about the room was very clean, the facilities were nice, check-in was quick and easy, staff were eager to help and guide us to where we needed to be! Easily one of my best hotel experiences.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in so far in Seoul. So reasonable for a super convenient location, especially if you want an easy travel to both Incheon or Gimpo airports. Location is right above Gongdeok stn which is so convenient to most tourist spots. Rooms are so spacious too, we had enough space for all the luggage and shopping this trip. Interior is clean and modern. Love this hotel highly recommend!

It’s convenient to get to the airport directly by taking the regular train. It takes more than an hour to the international airport. You‘ll need to transfer if taking the express train to the airport.

Getting to this hotel from Incheon airport (by bus or Arex train) is very convenient. The hotel is just next to the bus stop and the metro station.

Slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room and a bit dark in the room hallway, especially if you are trying to go through your luggage. Breakfast not very exciting but staff excellent.

Hotel is very conveniently located. That is the best thing about it. The room for the first night was freezing (Nov 7th) because the heat was not on because the hotel has centrally controlled heat and air. Was told the room might become too hot, which was a total lie. Room has window that opens so problem to make cooler and one can just turn off the heat. Many guests complained and it was finally turned on on the 8th. The management uses GREEN as an excuse for not having basic amenities in the room. Bed is comfortable. Would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel staff was very professional, kind, understanding, and patient. I asked for a fan to provide white noise, and they happily gave me one. I asked for a transformer for my electrical devices, and again no problem. The room was very quiet.I would definitely stay at the Glas Mapo Hotel again.

The staff was friendly, helpful and communication was really good. The hotel has a small gym and they stock it with water and towels. There’s also a 7-11 inside and a currency exchange machine. Restaurants and coffee shops were in a walking distance. I love the fact that train station was right outside the hotel and we were able to travel anywhere in Seoul. Would definitely try to stay here next time I’m in town.

The hotel was right next to the subway station so its location was perfect for us. However, the room condition wasn't perfect. Our carpet wasn't attached to the floor and had some spaces where it got up.

Utilities in the room are old and not up to date.
Most of the power sockets in the room were either not working or I couldn't use. For example, I couldn't use the two sockets (see photo #1) next to bed as my adaptor cannot fit in (see photo #3). The power socket for the water kettle provided by the hotel was not working (see photo #2). There are two 240v sockets on the desk but only one is working (but still my adaptor cannot fit in). Luckily I brought my iphone 14 pro max charger which can fit in. The weird thing is that there is a 240v socket in the bathroom which my adaptor can fit in so it's the second place I can charge my other digital devices.

The location is excellent. Super convenient as it's right on the doorstep of metro station. And only 1 station from Hongdae (within 5 mins) Hotel condition is very good. It's new, modern, and clean. The room, also bathroom is spacious while the price is reasonable. Totally come back to this one for the next visit.

The room is clean. Location is good. The only thing I want to mention is the bathroom is really stink, even though the hotel staff gave us the air purifier still couldn’t solve the problem at all. The smell is really disgusting.

I will never go bacl to this hotel. The service is aweful. They never apology nor try to help at all. When I asked for the ground entrance, they gave me the parkinh lot entrance where I have use stairs with my baggages and long walk. When I complained at the front. They never apologized. The building is not hotel only so the parking, and elevators are cumbersome. Since the building is relatively new comparing other hotels nearby, i expected newer, however, they are alreafy worn down. Use all other three hotels nearby. Avoid this hotel.

Pros: Very nice room, good size, amazing view. It was clean. Very close to subway exit and right on the the railroad park with many dining options. Cons: Bed and pillows were too soft to my liking. Elevators can be slow.
