Nice room and area, but would not stay here again
I was told upon checking in that consumables, like razors would be charged. This is a nice hotel in a nice area. Motel 6 isn't even this cheap. What blew my mind though, was waking up and needing to get some exercise prior to starting the day, and being told the gym was booked...for the next 3 hrs. It was 9a - prime time to get your morning flow on prior to starting the day. I was so graciously offered to come back at 1p, hrs after I would've checked out. Unbelievable. Nobody should have the right to secure the entire gym, covid or not, and take away other paying guests ability to get their money's worth. I WOULD NOT have chosen this hotel had I known. Further, the a/c made a ticking noise the entire night, forcing me to sleep with earplugs, which I don't normally do. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Due to Corona, GYM is currently operated with limited number of people, and we are conducting ventilation and quarantine for an hour after used. I enjoyed it a lot. The size of the room were bigger than other contemporary hotels near by, and the furnishing was cute to take photos. I also liked long and big bathroom mirror.

Nice place. Cozy room, nice bathroom area, bean bags for sitting inside the room. Cocktails available upstairs at rooftop with a few restaurants in the same building.

I liked the room very much - especially the big comfy bed. The staff are nice and most of them are fluent in English. The breakfast can be improved...not much fun.

The Eonju station is very weird. Exit four was always a confusion to correct exit. The coffee bean at this area is very nice, beverages were good tasty, unlike other branch such as Ewha Univ.

The hotel looks new and the room is clean. I requested higher floor and close to elevator but eventually I got a room at the end of the corridor. What’s worse is that my window is facing the back of air con of the building next so basically it’s 4 walls to me. The staffs at front desks are also not very friendly. I was given only 1 card for a room of 2, I requested later to have another card and the staffs mentioned twice that I need to pay if I lost it! It sounds as if I requested an extra card but 2 cards for 2 persons are the norm! The umbrella i borrowed with a 10000 won deposit is also one that is broken with water dripping and make it so difficult when I had a busy day going around.

The place was clean, the front staff spoke English and were nice enough to help us out. One of the girls even ordered a taxi for me for an event I had. It’s definitely more a residential area once you step outside the hotel, but it was still possible to get around not knowing Korean. Great place!

I stayed a lot of different hotels in Seoul. I think this one is the best. Location is quite good in between two subway stations, which one of them offer express no.9 line. Clean facility, very friendly staff, and pretty quiet in the room. Bluetooth connected speaker (H&K) is pretty nice as well.

It is a good hotel to stay, as it is only steps away from the metro stop, the area is safe and is on busy street. The hotel itself room has quite unique setup - a little stage for the bed and bean bags. The lobby is on the 4th floor so it is a bit dark, not open and cherry. It is not so close to the main Gangnam entertainment area, about 15 mins walk or take a metro which once you learn how to use is quite convenient. Staff speaks good English and always trying help.

They were unusually rigid about check in timing. I arrived early, was told to come back around 2pm to check in and then 2:30pm and then at 2:50pm they told me I can check in at 3pm sharp. They didn’t even offer to provide an explanation. Feels like because I booked via a third party website (ie Expedia), I get penalised..
