Hotel looks just like pictures! They also have many items prepared like hairspray, moisturizer and even sanitary pads. Hotel is very close to the mrt, about a min walk away. If you walk down the hotel, you can find a whole street of food stores. There even is a convenience store right across the street from the hotel. One downside I noticed is that there isn't a curtain or a door separating the bathroom from the living room. However since I stayed alone it doesn't really bother me. Overall a great hotel! Will book this place again if I ever come back for concerts!

It’s not family friendly this hotel is for single and for quick time only, thought it was family friendly then saw some condoms readily available.

Near the Olymoic Park , lotte world and mall, catholic cathedral by walking a few mins which were pleasant. Also near the train and bus station .

The room we received was not the same style of room we originally booked through Expedia- however, the room we were assigned was still pretty sweet. Literally the only downsides were the bathroom ceiling (which looked like it had dirt/mold starting to form) and someone else's hair found in the complimentary hairbrush, which I never even took out of the bag. There were many amenities available, the TV was large, and there was even an in-room PC for use. The bed was big and very comfortable. Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the location was great (just a short walk/bus ride away from Lotte World) . As a plus, the bathtub was equiped with jets. The breakfast was light and delicious. All things considered, I would definitely stay again!

This property exceeded all my expectations. I had booked it with price in mind thinking "just a motel room to sleep in" --this was not the case. Of the 4 hotels I stayed in Seoul, Film 37.2 was my favorite. It was lowkey, super friendly helpful staff, with fun and creatively decorated rooms. They provided the most amenities I have EVER experienced. Fridge, microwave, tea cups, cosmetics fridge, water cooler, Big flat screen TV, full PC, full bathroom supplies (hair product, gel, hairspray, shaving cream, etc), and more. It wasn't until last day that I realized everything in the room was also controlled by the TV remote! They also provide a simple complimentary croissant sandwich and coffee breakfast at their next store coffee shop. Convenience store was literally a few yards from hotel and it was just around a building to the subway and across the main street to the bus stop. The Olympic park was across the main street where you can enjoy scenery and nice stroll. All around great stay, staff, service, and location.

Good location but ....
Hotel is near subway and olympic park. One stop away from lotte world. Reception was helpful. The room we stayed has 3 tv! But the room was filled with cigarette smoke. No hook in the bathroom to hang clothes and towels. No floor mat. Have to ask for bath towels everyday.

Maybe you got a smoking room and there must have been a guest who smoked a lot in the room before you. We are very sorry for that.

Nice Hotel Close to Olympic Park
Quite spacious and quiet. Air conditioner absolutely spectacular, especially during this hot, and humid summer. The tub was a great feature for winding down and relaxing. Overall experience - satisfied.

好正，有免費早餐，雖然是三文治和牛奶。而且床很大。而且廁所和洗澡房是分開. So i appreciate this hotel, i hope next time i can book this hotel again

Each floor of this hotel is themed to a certain country. It was "Spain" for the room I stayed, and both the corridor and the interior of the room were decorated in an interesting way. Maybe it has something to do with the name of the hotel. Other than the visuals, the room and the bed were fairly comfortable and clean, although a bit worn down. Lots of extra amenities were available, including a microwave oven and a purified water dispenser. Beverages in the fridge were free, which was a nice touch. Breakfast at the hotel was a simple ham & cheese croissant sandwich served at the hotel cafe with a choice of coffee, milk, or juice. It was quite good for a light meal. There was a convenience store right across the street if I needed anything more. Overall, I had a satisfactory stay for two days while I had some business in the Gangnam and Songpa area.

Nice Hotel like a home feel~ Price is reasonable!
I am happy that I choose this hotel and get a room that provide alot of things that not other hotels will provide. This hotel room have microwave, big TV, heater, water cooler dispenser that provide Hot and Cold water and a desktop! I can login to watch youtube or google website! further more the hotel provide toiletries like shampoo, soap, shaver, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair gel, cotton buds and alot alot that i was impressed. We visited Seoul in a cold weather. But thankfully their cleaner will switch on our room heater, so that when we reach our room, we will not feel cold. location is just 2min away from subway station. Behind burger king building. In front of the hotel, got one 24 hours convenient store. Since the hotel got microwave, we can buy some take away rice/noodles to heat up in our room. Very very good hotel. Never regret choosing this hotel. Got 1 lady reception can speak english. So the communication here is not difficult. This hotel is abit far from airport and other popular tourist place. But here is very near to Lotte World. Comment to hotel management. Please tell your cleaner not to turn the heater to max. As got 1 night our hotel room was so hot until we couldn't have a good rest (even thou we have open out the window and door for 2 hours) my gf's leg was scale because the floor was so hot. Your cleaner clean up the room at early afternoon. We come back at 12am. 10hour the heater was switch on to max. So the room was very hot.

Good location. Exceptional values
It was out of my expectation.. 2 minutes away from subway line 8, exit 3 of world peace gate. Exit 5 is the Olympic park with plenty of locals leisure walking there, vintage spots to take pictures of world trade center towel. Got everything required in the room. Free self serveice cream daily! Hotel is a little out dated, not suitable for family. I would prefer level 7 if I go to Seoul again.

It was good to stay after a concert at the Olympic Park. It was right near the park and subway. Parking service was nice. The bath tub was big, but the room smelled smoky a bit. Overall it was okay to stay for a night.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness, how comfortable the bed was, and especially by how nice it was overall. It has a really nice bathroom and shower. I have stayed in many motels this price in Korea, and this was the best one so far.

second hotel i stayed in the same neighborhood. staff were very friendly. most of them are fluent in english. room is spacious yet i'd have liked more lighting near dressing table.. room has microwave...complimentary drinks include teas/instant coffee/juices/water. convenience store is on B1 inside the hotel. i enjoyed the breakfast (egg sandwich, latte or americano)...nothing is better than to start the day with hot food in winter :) mind there is construction site nearby. they started at 0800 sharp but it was not as noisy as i had thought. when another concert runs in olympic park in future, i'll consider staying in this hotel again.

편안한 잠자리
조카들과 근처 놀이 공원에서 신나게 놀고 묵었습니다. 모텔과 호텔 중간정도 수준의 숙소지만 정말 넓고 안락했고 깨끗했습니다. 특이 욕시에 텔레비젼까지 교통편도 좋고 다음에 또 묵고 싶은 곳입니다.
