가격대비 넓은 공간에 놀라왔고 우연이 맛집이 많은 지역에 감동했어요. 특별히 깨끗한 이불셋트가 기분좋았어요. 전철역이 가까와서 편리했고 다시 오고 싶은 ㅎ텔 이에요.

Good: - 10mins walk to the nearest metro station - checkin went well - bus stops nearby - convenient stores and restaurants nearby - tv in the room - bathroom was modern Bad: - staff lacks very basic english - no windows that I can open in our room so it was very hot inside - air conditioner is very very noisy we had to turn it off and on every few minutes - bathroom smells awful because of sewers (?) - bedspread with holes

性價比高，房間大、整潔舒適、採光良好，設備也齊全，職員服務態度好，附近有便利店、超市、餐廳、咖啡廳，離車站約10分鐘路程，較東大門旺區寧靜也安全。惟獨房間的插頭有點壞，還有浴室的花灑系統很難調節，冷熱水較難控制，讓人有點煩惱。

The room was clean and reasonable in size, but I was especially impressed with the young man at the check-in desk. He was friendly, spoke English very well, and followed up immediately on our requests when we wanted an extra pillow, towel, or anything else.

Different than expected
Quite different than the pictures I had expected. Not bad, but I had paid extra to have the private patio open even tho it’s quite cold... But found it closed off maybe because of the season or night? It was basically a concrete room with a table and tarp over top. I was really disappointed in that. Other than that the view was great from the room and the bathroom was spacious.

Nice hotel
It was a overall good hotel. The staffs were shy though and they did answer questions when asked. The hotel itself is very dark. The overall design and style is great with these dark lights but it’s difficult to do any writing or shaving due to the lack of light. Overall very clean and spacious hotel. It was good to go with my friend because we had a total of 4 large luggages.

I like the Hotel area lots of restaurants and shops. Hotel is very clean, a little worn out some stains on the furniture but for the price can't complain BUT what i can complain about is the service. The fist night was great comfy no troubles but second night the air conditioning kept turning off by itself. We would turn it on and it would turn off 30min later. The room stayed at 27°c (81°f) the whole night, IT WAS HOT!!! By 12am we complained to the front desk and he turn it on from the front desk, weird but ok. This time it stayed on for 1 hour. By 1:30 we complain again, he brought us a Fan 😒. They never tried to move us or even try to fix it. Must have called 5 times for them to turn it on from the front desk since it lasted longer. Longerst HOT night of my life. The next day we asked why? And there was no apology, no excuse, nothing just a "ohhh, well have a good day" 😒. I like the hotel but not looking to struggle with heat at a place i am paying to be comfortable at.

For the price it was excellent
We booked a non smoking room but as soon as we walked in we could tell the previous guest had smoke. Plus they had an ash tray in the room. We were informed the hotel was completely booked so we had no option but to buy some fabreeze and sprayed the entired room. The sheets were super clean though and did not smell like smoke so that was a big plus. Also you cant beat the price and plenty of stores, coffee shops, restaurants and transportation near by all walking distance.

Clean room, friendly staff, uncomforable room
This is a fine hotel, reasonably priced, and about a ten minute walk from the nearest train station. The area is lively and has a lot to offer. The staff at the front was very polite and spoke great English. The room, however, was rather uncomfortable. The bed was alright, but the lighting was weird and difficult to use (some of the switches didn't work), meaning half the room remained dark. Also, there was very uncomfortable chair with no back support, so what work I did do was from the bed.

Everything quite good. And staff provided what i needed as well. Staff was helpful to all my questions and needs. But no window. Mart is nearby. Location is ok but need to walk quite a while from train.

Terrace room was an Urban Oasis
The terrace room was an amazing find in the middle of Seoul! It was large and quite private with the addition of the bamboo plants. The hotel was an 8-minute walk to the subway (or a 2-minute walk to the bus with a 2 stop ride to the subway). The staff was limited in English, but always polite and friendly. Overall a great stay!

Lovely hotel~
Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. My friend and I stay for over a week here, the staff made sure to make us feel very comfortable to come to them with any needs and were always there to help us with anything. Will definitely be staying here again when I return to Seoul!!

Very personal and attentive front desk staff. Pleasantly surprised when front desk manager brought ice water to our 3 refreshing glasses of ice water to our room on his own initiative on seeing us hot and bothered after returning from a whole day of shopping.

Deserves the high rating; legit gem
This was a last minute stay for family (of 3); location listing threw us for a loop as we thought it was near one of the two Dongdaemun MRT stops since it was listed in that area, but it is actually nowhere near them (several cabs turned us down related to not knowing where it was). Overall: rooms are clean and inviting (small, but average for Seoul), cost is great, and the staff is beyond pleasant. From running to our room to clear up a language-barrier regarding an iron to stopping me the following morning to mention it was going to rain and they had complimentary umbrellas at the desk. The television has great cable (once you figure it out since it is not in English). Downside? Not a whole lot of translated information in hotel room for English-speaking guests (compared to every other hotel) but this made it more fun and humbling at the same time. Also, Pillows. One per person, soft, small, feather pillows (Difficult to sit up comfortably in bed). This was the only complaint, but in fairness, I never did request additional pillows and I feel confident the staff would have providing more immediately if asked. This place really is a gem that in retrospect was the best of 4 during our trip.

Nice hotel
Borjomi is a very nice hotel that offers good services and ammenities in the room. However, its location is not the greatest. we were not familiar with the subway at first so it was hard to reach places since Borjomi is not in the middle of the city. if you are familiar with using the subway i guess it would be better. staff were helpful but did not speak english very much, which made it harder on us to communicate and ask for help.

Stayed Again
This was my 3rd stay at Borjomi and it really has been nice each time. Greeted by name upon entrance made for a great start to the days we spent here. I have stayed in 3 different rooms and each has been unique. Royal Suite and Terrace Suite both were excellent. I was fortunate to have wonderful weather which gave me the opportunity to have a great dinner on the terrace.

Overall nice stay despite the lack of a menu, and small items in disrepair throughout the room. The remote to to the balcony cover did not function at all, the blinds on the room door were destroyed, and the coffee table had a sticky something on it. But even though with these faults and a lack of menu for room service, I would still recommend this hotel due to the large granite tub, rain style shower, city views and spacious room.

Great hotel for its price
The neighbourhood was a bit further out than we would have liked. The hotel receptionist couldn't speak English and checking in was a struggle but checking out another receptionist spoke English. The room itself was nice and modern and clean. We didn't see any other guests so it felt a tad eerie. Overall a great hotel for its price. There was a nice bakery and supermarket on the way to the station.
