"The apartment was nice enough. It was clean and quiet. Staff was available when I had questions. However, the furniture, particularly the sofa and mattresses were not very nice at all. The master bedroom mattress had remnants of being a firm bed at one time but as since broken down and is incredibly lumpy and unsupportive. Woke up sore every morning. The pillows were also thin and uncomfortable. The sofa in the main area was slanted and lumpy, and if you attempted to stretch out, you had a bar...

"There were stains on the carpet and where the thermostat was an awful smell coming from that area-like musty smelling. We stayed and paid premium rate for a firework view and while I know they can’t control the weather, I reached out to see if they would be willing to credit something toward a future stay so we could enjoy the experience. Not even an acknowledgment of our disappointment or receipt of our email. Disappointed in the whole situation."

"The restaurant staff were a little rude and made us wait an unnecessarily long time for a table when they first opened in the morning (when no one else was there). When we were finally seated we were placed in an extremely small cramped space (when there were plenty of other tables available). It was ridiculous."

"Best stay by far. Breakfast delicious and good choices. Staff very friendly and helpful ( needed some help with Uber orders and trains). The little bar restaurant had VERY tasty food. This was a family friendly hotel due to their large rooms with daybed trundles. The bedding and towels were very nice, the bed so comfy (softer than mine) OR the humidity knocked me out, that I slept soundly. On the 10th floor so no noise at all."
