"We had an excellent stay at the three-bedroom villa. The house is better in reality. It is very spacious and comfortable, well furnished, and the pool area is really pleasant bordering rice fields. The property manager and staff are very helpful. The only minus is the beach, which is quite unusable due to rubbish. You can walk on the beach but you cannot really sun bath or swim. I would definitely go back. "

The food including the breakfast was one of the worst i had in Bali on my three long visits. The room had a paper thin straw wall. I could hear my neighbor like he was in my room. "Fist the road leading to the property is nothing short of dangerous. Save yourself the injury and either walk down and up or just don't book this place. The owner is a weird man that will try to charge you extra for everything. I asked for a pool towel and he told me it would be a $3 charge per day to use a pool towel!! The sheets had hair on them. And no cover for the blanket. You're just supposed to sleep with the same bare blanket that the rest of the previous guests slept with. The shower...

"The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was amazing. However, they definitely need to improve on sealing the rooms as there are so many large gaps on every window and door as our kids had so many mosquito bites. They also need to close off the outdoor bathroom as my wife was unable to shower or use the bath tub in private as there was a room directly above the open bathrooms, there were also lots of ants and bugs crawling all over the bath tub so we couldn't enjoy it."
