" I didn't realise when I booked the hotel was on the motorway services. However we were able to use the service road to access in and out of the services without going on the M25. Room was clean everything you needed. The lady on reception was so helpful told us where to find local places to eat and even gave me the fan from reception for my room as it was so hot. It's not a luxury hotel but the service was fantastic and the room comfortable would definitely book again."

"Wheelchair friendly. They changed us to a ground floor room as soon as we walked up even tbough we could manage stairs so that was very kind. The meal was delicious as was breakfast. Thanks for a great stay."

"Nice hotel, with plenty of parking. Quick and easy check in. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and clean, good shower and nice soft towels. Bar/restaurant was nice. Reasonably priced although limited selection of drinks available and by the second night they had run out of Magners. Only issue I had was 2 light bulbs out in my room, making one side of the room very dark, I spoke to reception on the Friday night who said maintenance had finished work for the day and she would...

"If you want a full service hotel with a small inn or B&B feel to it - Hotel du Vin is a great choice. The food in the Bistro was excellent and the service from the team in the bar is wonderful as well. Great location for walking to local restaurants and shopping. We would definitely recommend the Hotel du Vin. "
