"We were really disappointed with this stay. The room was extremely outdated, run-down, and had a strong unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in. We ended up spraying air freshener just to tolerate it, wiping everything down with disinfectant, and I even slept in my clothes because it felt that unclean. I’m not someone who expects luxury, but this was far below basic standards. It honestly made for a very uncomfortable experience. The only positive was the young lady at check-in—she was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, based on the condition of the room, I would not recommend staying here."
