"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly however the room that we stayed was dated and was not clean. There was a strong smell of mold coming from under the sink. "

"The room was very clean with a sleek, modern, and colourful design. The check-in and check-out process was very simple, with the free shuttle buses coming into use. However, the times could change, so guests can play longer at the theme parks. The outdoor pool was a little dirty, with insects crawling around the edges, but everything else was very clean."

"We have stayed here 2 times. First in a 3 bedroom unit and this time in a 2 bedroom unit. We are RCI owners and have stayed at a lot of different vacation clubs across the Orlando area. This resort is one of the top as far as the room goes. Updated rooms, spacious living room, dining room and nicely equipped kitchen. Great tub in the main bedroom. Multiple enclosed decks. We traveled with a 1 year old, 5 year old, parents and grandparents and there was a pool for everyone to enjoy. The kids pool and splash pad were a hit with our family as well as the large hot tub. I do wish the deepest pool with the waterfall was kept at a warmer temp. Pool areas were well maintained. We received great service at the pool bar both from the waitress and the bartenders. We will be back! "

"The property is beautiful, the service was great. The room was very nice ans spacious. My only complaint is that the restaurants are very overpriced considering the price you pay for the rooms per night, and the price for parking is ridiculous 30 per night, per vehicle is more then i pay at the cruise ports when I take a cruise. They need to fix that. The shuttle service around the resort was awesome though."
