"Property and Staff were fantastic!! Every accommodation requested was granted, they bent over backward to make sure we enjoyed our stay. My family and I had a wonderful time and will definitely return to this hotel. Read some negative reviews prior to arrival but didn't encounter anything that was mentioned in those reviews. Hats off to the staff who was continuously cleaning all areas of the hotel (Hot and Hard work). Take a bow you all were awesome. "

"The only problem we had was our room was not ready when we arrived. It was 2 hours late for availability and we were not able to put our stuff in the room. No carts were available and no idea when room would be ready. Check in was 4PM and we got our room after 6PM. The staff was very overwhelmed and most gracious. They gave us a 2 hour late departure, which was very wonderful and we did not have to hurry in the morning and the kids were able to swim again. Loved the Condo"
