"It’s an amazingly relaxing stay. Staff was great. Just one rude bartender at the tiki bar, but we only had him once. The girls were very bubbly & helpful with our drinks. It was great having the kitchen. And we utilized the balcony a lot. The Brew House food was excellent. I believe we ate there 3 times. Would definitely recommend."

"Our room was wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable. All the towels and sheets were very white and clean. The bedroom overlooked the beach and ocean and the bed was very comfortable. My room had a full kitchen, and had everything you needed, which included plates, mugs, glasses, silverware and a knife block with scissors. It also came with a fridge/freezer and stove/oven. Coco was Very helpful with our entire stay it was very personable that she remembered us multiple days. Just when you think that’s it Taj remembers us at check out and wants to make sure our friends that we checked in with didn’t have any issues. That is amazing Customer Relations"

"Five blocks of apartments around an OK pool. The hotel clearly exists to serve customers visiting the parks. That’s fine, but not the resort-style hotel that we thought we had booked. Slightly annoying at check-in with heaps of bags, two very tired kids, etc that nobody around to help with luggage, and no luggage trolley initially available (you are to move luggage in/out yourself). We had a couple of minor issues in the room which we reported to reception and which went unresponded to."
