"Classy hood shelter! A poorly remodeled ghetto if you will. No towels, wash clothes or anything in the room. The hot tub was cold and dirty. The shower shot all the way across the bathroom with the nozzle sticking out of a hole in the wall. It was remodeled but you can tell it was done by a cheap contractor with a complete lack of detail. A dirty place trying half ass to be clean. Decent for the price but I’d recommend paying a little more for a nicer place."

"Rooms were clean, staff was always great. Restaurant prices were very reasonable & great tasting food. Beach being so close eas a great asset for us."

"Good location, carpets need to be changed..outlets, usb not working..tv goes in and out. Gym nice."

"Best overall value on the island…my “go-to” stay for my monthly business trip to SPI. Recent common area remodel nicely done. Good, hearty breakfast buffet with omelet station (free)."

"My room had a smell that smelt like fog or cat poop. Also AC did not keep room cool unless I had it set at 69. "

"My only complaint was it was very windy and caused a lot of excess garbage in the main walkways. The dumpster also had a very foul odor every time we would walk by for beach access. Breakfast was great although difficult to find a seat on a Monday and Tuesday morning. Room was quiet and clean. Have stayed here before and plan to stay again in the future."

"I always enjoy staying at Wanna Wanna. The rooms are always clean. The staff is always smiling and willing to help. However, the last 2 times that I have ordered food from the bar, it was subpar. The shrimp was left in the fryer too long and turned a burnt dark brown. The fries were cold. Both times, it was slow enough that I would think the food would be fresh. "

"The room was so Satisfying it was vkean and it snelled wonderful. The staff Mrs. Nurvina was ever so helpfull n so inviting as in she nade us feel comfortable and was very helpful. Ill definately recommend and stay at Windwater at South Padre island again n everytime I ho to the Island."

"Love how clean my room was. The prices for the snacks at the lobby were not bad. My favorite part was the big pool they have and they close the pool later than other hotels I’ve stayed at which is awesome! Even ended up extending my stay for another day."
