"Overall stay was fine. The rooms were clean. However, the front desk staff was less than helpful. Arrived at 3:58pm, check in was at 4pm, and was told my room wasn’t ready because it was 3:58. Went back at 4:01 and my room was magically ready. He was very unhelpful. Second, wanted to do a load of laundry and was told it was on the 2nd floor. Made my way up there to find old washing machines with 1 “working” dryer. It’s $2 per load btw and only runs for 40 minutes. There my clothes in both washing machines and left. One did not work initially so I had to put $2 more in it. Probably user error. I accepted it and moved on. Put my money and clothes in the “working “ dryer. Went back after 30 minutes Andy clothes were not dry even a bit. Put $2 more in the machine and came back another 30 minutes and again, still not dry. Tried one more time, by this time I’m up to $12 for two loads already. Talked to front desk and was told “you may want to go to another hotel and dry your clothes”. Are you serious?! We had two loads of wet clothes we had to try and air dry. Then the electricity went out twice for the entire hotel while we were there. Would most likely not stay there again. Would give zero stars to the front desk staff if I could."
