"My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. We truly can’t say enough good things about them. The hotel itself is unique, full of charm and character, and made for a memorable experience.
The location is fantastic: right in the heart of everything, yet surprisingly quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional as well. We would happily stay here again!"

"The hotel is very nice and clean and I loved my bedroom and bed. I have slept so well there. The staff is very helpful and I used the spa for a facial and the treatment and amenities were nice. Overall, a great place for my Porto trip."

"Pool (70cm tief, etwa 5m lang) und Fitnessstudio (Raum ist vllt 8m2 groß mit 3 Geräten) sind als solche kaum zu gebrauchen. Frühstück war ok, mehr auch nicht. Im Zimmer tropfte es aus der Klimaanlage auf den Boden; Das Problem wurde weder behoben, noch ein Alternativzimmer angeboten."
