We booked a family room for the two of us - that made it spacious. They have a nice breakfast reasonably priced. Parking in nearby streets or one of the parking lots in the area. "

Even though there is a square outside with lots bars and restaurants, I couldn’t hear the noise much. The staff were so friendly and helpful, providing lots of local know how. When I needed to leave early in the morning for a side tour and would miss the breakfast, a staff prepared a mini-breakfast for me for next morning. "

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
