"Great breakfast. There are two Seda Hotels in Cebu City . The one we stayed was in the former Marriott Hotel connected to Ayala Mall. Perfect location as you do not have to take a taxi to the mall. Staff were helpful in every way. Very good sized rooms . True to other reviews, carpet is dates but the bathroom size will make up for it. Room is fairly priced for the benefit that you get."

"1.FRANDA ILUSTRISIMO(security supervisor),she give us a very rude behavior,refuses to provide a solution when we I asked an IR about the vehicular incident that happened!she didn't to ask if my child is ok inside the car. Instead shes asking me "with a rude voice"for my DR,OR and CR! 2.THERESA(receptionist feria)I would like to compliment this staff who extend her very good customer service!"

"The property photos were a bit deceptive. Looks like it was photos from when it was still new as the hotel looks a bit run down now. The bathroom fixtures were broken, the sink and drainage seems to be clogged up and the bathroom towels looks old and were fraying that we didn’t use it except for drying pur hands. The only good thing about the hotel were the attentive staff and the wide selection of their lunch buffet in their restaurant. We did end up staying from 3 to 5 nights as we were to tired and busy to move our stuff to another hotel."
