"You get what u r paying for. Cheap accommodation, 5 minutes away from the subway. Super small rooms, but ok for me because I was in Barcelona to visit the city, not to watch TV in the hotel room!"

"The Hotel was very nice and situated in the heart of the town. The property was well landscaped with many features. The spa was beautiful and very relaxing. The staff were helpful, especially Martha. She made the stay and extended stays easy. Great customer support. The dinning facilities were also excellent with great food. "The good news. The place is quiet and clean. The location is terrible. There's nothing around. I saw one Asian restaurant. And there's no thermostat in the room. The room is hot and muggy "

"The hotel felt more like a 3-star property than a 4-star. On arrival, check-in was quick and efficient, which was a positive start. However, the room fell well below expectations. The bedroom floor was dirty and covered in hair, and the bathroom was in a poor state, with grime around the bath and stained walls. There were also numerous silverfish in the bedroom, which was completely unacceptable. The room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle or any facilities for making tea or coffee, which was disappointing for a hotel of this supposed standard. On the second day, I had to queue for over 30 minutes just to get a key card that wasn’t working. During my four-day stay, there appeared to be only one staff member at reception, which significantly impacted the level of customer service. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for a 4-star hotel."
