"Sadly when we got into our room the towels provided were wet, but as soon as we asked fresh towels were bought up. WiFi was good for the first three days then as it got busy it stopped working. We were given wine and cava for our anniversary with chocolate strawberries which was lovely. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The bar upstairs was great one night but then as it got busy it took 30mins for us to be served which was a shame. Overally 4/5 experience."

"Die Lage des Hotels ist super direkt bei der Altstadt. METRO Station gleich schräg gegenüber Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Hotel. Hier können auch Taxis anhalten. Problematisch wird es dann bei Shuttleservice, die hier nicht halten dürfen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Woran man sich aber erst gewöhnen muss ist die gläserne Dusche mitten im Zimmer. "The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had an issue with the toilet in our room and it was fixed quickly. The hotel is comfortable, the location is great for sightseeing. The breakfast buffet is worth the extra cost! Loved the coffee machines!
Only thing we did not like was the bathtub, was too close to the sink and very deep, making it difficult to get in and out. Would revisit this hotel again, if ever returning to the beautiful city of Barcelona!"

"My family and I stayed here one night. We didn't eat on site, but my husband said the breakfast looked lovely. As a whole, we were comfortable. The "pool" was very shallow, but refreshing enough.
