"They Charge for everything including breakfast. Shuttle service driver in the morning was rough and drove to fast and would not turn on air conditioning becausr she coild not understand english."

"The property was overall beautiful. I upgraded to the Red level package with the Mountain View (2 adults and 2 kids). It is a great hotel for couples or adults but is not my preferred choice for kids since there were hardly any activities for kids my age (13 and 9 years). "The bathtub was not draining properly . We did report it to the front desk but they never fix that issue . The bathroom in general need to be better maintained."

"Sadly when we got into our room the towels provided were wet, but as soon as we asked fresh towels were bought up. WiFi was good for the first three days then as it got busy it stopped working. We were given wine and cava for our anniversary with chocolate strawberries which was lovely. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The bar upstairs was great one night but then as it got busy it took 30mins for us to be served which was a shame. Overally 4/5 experience."

"I like the old rustic style, but the only thing I don’t like was the pillow was all bent out of shape and the bed had no blankets"

"Everything was clean. Location was good. Staff at the hotel bar were somewhat slow but it seemed like they were understaffed. I wish they were more thoughtful about the placement of their umbrellas/purchased more because in the afternoon there was really only 1 shaded table. The air conditioning in the restaurant was not helpful to cool off."
