"Staff is always friendly and professional. It is very clean for the most part except this time my room smelled of urine on my side of the bed, which is the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars. I’m sure it’s hard for staff to tell if an animal has had an accident. Just the state of the world these days."

"Durante la madrugada se fue la electricidad en el hotel y nadie nos informó lo que estaba sucediendo. Debido a la falta de luz no pudimos bañarnos, ya que el baño estaba completamente oscuro. Tampoco había aire acondicionado, por lo que hacía mucho calor. Además, no pudimos desayunar y no había servicio de internet ni línea telefónica. She assigned us room 202, which was quite far from the elevator, despite seeing that we were parked in a disabled parking spot and that we may have needed easier access.
