"Property was beautiful and well maintained. cottages were clean, well supplied and comfortable. pool, game room and other amenities were superlative. Only negative was door access systems failed six times over two days. Staff attempted to correct problem but it was still failed when we left."

"We love coming to Talavera. We visit at least twice a year. We have stayed in 5 of the 11 haciendas and to be honest have never been disappointed. This visit we were booked for Luna but got upgraded to Fountain. It is such a little gem. We love the beautiful grounds and refreshing pool. We love the quiet surroundings as well. "This is our third visit this year and find the hotel very nice and comfortable to stay. The front desk lady that greets us is very personal and friendly. We requested a first floor room and she accommodated us! The hotel rooms are always clean and notch above Best Western down the street and not noisy. The breakfast can be improved like having eggs and bacon."

"We had the place to ourselves Aug 1&2, probably due to 111° heat but we loved it, lots of pool time. Weekends are normally sold out! Loved the comfy bed, nice bathroom, continental breakfast and complementary wine/beer happy hour, popcorn etc. Blanca was very attentive and kind. We will be back for our 3rd time soon!"
