"We liked the simplicity of the hotel and the fact all the rooms face the courtyard. We celebrated a birthday here so we had a group and enjoyed our time at the pool we just were disappointed that we were told we could have music but then we got scolded that it was to loud. I don’t think it was and the other guests that weren’t with our group didn’t mind but the hotel staff kept coming over and telling us to lower it. It was kind of annoying and for that I would give them 1 star."

"It was great for our stay. Staff very friendly! The only "terrible thing" is that the alarm clock in the room was set up for 6 am in the morning and we didn't check before going to bed. So hopefully you'll double check that is off if you want to sleep in. Enjoy Palm Springs!"

"The staff esp Roberta ( front desk) were incredibly thoughtful and friendly. I think Roberta was the best check in ever. My room was absolutely immaculate, the pool was spotless, and the grounds were beautiful. I love being able to access to the pool 24/7 and appreciated all the offered amenities The only downside was that Wi-Fi was down and I was unable to use the TV doing my overnight stay I highly recommend this boutique hotel and I look forward to returning"

"The hotel is okay, definitely could use upgrades. Ice machines didn’t work on most floors, ice room smelled very bad. Our room wasn’t very clean. Spots on carpet, crud behind furniture, etc. we saw reviews that pool was open late and has DJ on Saturday but IS NOT ACCURATE! Pool closes at 8 pm and no dj or party scene at alll."

"We booked a king room by the pool. Location was great, but the room is totally dated. Wallpaper in the bathroom is coming off. There are NO ROBES which the website states there are "robes" in every room. I was there a year ago, and there were no robes in the rooms. Bed was comfortable, bath amenities were okay.
