"We were happy with cleanliness and helpfulness of staff. Glad it had a bar that you could get food from during the day. We arrived at 11p after a 5 hr. trip delay and would have loved a drink and some dinner. It didn’t ruin our stay though. Room could use some updating but appreciated the shelves in bathroom and laundry machines."

"I had a frustrating experience with this stay. As a first-time visitor to the area, I expected at least a general location or address ahead of time so I could plan my trip and know where I was heading. Unfortunately, the hosts refused to provide any address until right before check-in at 3PM. While I understand safety and privacy concerns, not giving guests any sense of location in advance makes it very difficult to plan, especially when traveling to an unfamiliar city. It added unnecessary stress trying to figure out logistics last minute. On top of that, they were very strict about the exact time 3PM they would release the address and entry code, with no flexibility or consideration for travel planning. Overall, the lack of communication and transparency took away from the experience. I would recommend future guests clarify these details before booking if having advance information is important to you."
