"The hotel was located in a great spot. Close to everything. The views were pretty and the rooms were really nice. My only complaint was that there was only one working elevtor the ehole time we were there which made wait times long, elevators packe and going up and down kind of a pain in the butt. Especially when you're on the 5th floor with luggage. If someone is in the elevator with a luggage cart, not anyone else can fit and you have to wait for the ONE elevator to come back. oTher than that, our stay was wonderful and the property was great. "

"I loved the location with many food options available within walking distance and parking garage is a short walk into hotel. The breakfast was excellent with Asian dishes available instead of the usual eggs, sweet waffles, and meat options!! The front desk was superb and they were able to accommodate our early check in. I like to say I'm a clean and neat person, so imo daily room service was not avaliable and would have appreciated if that service was avaliable. Overall, great stay!!"

"Dirty carpet, hard bed, toilet stuck out in front of the sink about a third of the way. Worst bathroom design I've ever seen. Should be embarrassed to rent a room like that. Room 327 Should at least give a big discount "
