"I was very hesitant to stay here because it was very heavily advertised by influencers and you know you can’t really trust them. But I read reviews and decided to take a chance based on the positive reviews I saw. I am pleased to say that i was very pleasantly surprised. We were concerned driving up to the property but once we parked and took a closer look, all our worries washed away. The staff was exceptionally attentive. They were able to get me a room a little earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The entire hotel is beautiful! They have a trolley to universal that runs every hour, right on time! It was incredibly convenient and charming. We only stayed for one night but i really wished I would have stayed longer. I have to really nitpick to think of something that I didn’t like about the hotel. I will say that they had some strange wording in their restaurant menu about a 15% charge on your order. It was unclear if it was a gratuity or a fee. It read something like a liveable wage fee idk. Either way it kind of discouraged us from eating there, we ended up eating at universal. But overall I lt was an excellent hotel. I highly recommend for a clean, safe, wonderful experience"

"This hotel was honestly one of the most cleanest and most comfortable hotels I have stayed in. The bedding…so amazing and cozy. The pillows…perfection. The room was so clean. So I always bring my own shampoo and conditioner because the hotels just make my hair feel dry and gross. Unfortunately I forgot mine 😭 BUT the hotels hair conditioner ACTUALLY left your hair soft! I was so freakin happy. The best part our stay was Amber, the front desk lady. Normally your interaction with the front desk is very brief. She was so so nice and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. She let us know about the restaurants in the area and looked up what time they closed for us. She told us about a regular to the hotel who makes paper origami’s that he leaves at the desk and let our son pick one out to keep. Needless to say, will definitely be back to stay."

"We were overall very satisfied with our accommodations. Everything was comfortable and convenient for the most part. Staff interactions were all wonderful and very helpful! The only drawbacks were the $31 nightly valet parking fee which the 2nd night when we returned at 2:45am had no one manning the desk even though they said it was a 24 hour service. I believe the hotel should provide parking as a paying guest. Also, one of our 5 guests had to sleep on the couch pullout bed which was extremely lacking. The mattress was so thin and uncomfortable. He could feel the metal frame through it and ended up with a backache both nights. We have stayed at other Hilton hotels with similar beds and they have always been a regular mattress. The bedding for all the beds were also kind of dingy and the blanket were not warm or thick. These would be our only real issues, otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
