"Good hotel in a good place, not in LA, Sherman Oaks is a fair 25 minutes or more with traffic ,commute to west LA. Clean rooms, good size tv and a very decent swimming pool. The staff is polite and helpful."

"This is a great place to stay if you are headed to Universal Studios. The property seemed clean enough, but it’s a little run down and has limited parking. Our room was clean and quiet. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The phones and the elevator weren’t working during our trip, though, so we did have to carry all our bags up the stairs. They waived the parking and resort fee as a result, though, which was fine for our family. It’s a super quick walk to where the Universal Shuttle picks up and drops off. We would stay here again for the convenient location."
