Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Villas
The weather didn’t help but we did enjoy the swimming pool at night and the jacuzzi. Found the are very dark tho, not enough light around but very nice full of trees.

Best Western near Lackland AFB/SeaWorld
No WiFi was available at all during our 4 night stay. I called the front desk to let them know, they said they would check it, it never worked for us. Our room was poorly lit. Carpets and bed skirts were very dirty.

They didn’t have housekeeping room was in terrible condition there was no one at check in waited for 30 minutes before we could find some one. Really bad experience. No parking always full horrible

Hilton San Antonio Hill Country
Staff was good. Arrived during time when raining heavily and no one was at front door area to assist. Room was not in a presentable condition and the Room temperature could not adjust Room was cold. Restroom the hot water by the vanity never got hot. Made my stay unfavorable
