"The Staff was amazing, we did experience a couple of issues but the Staff was able to work them out as quickly as possible (air went out in the room, lost hot water for about 24 hours). Even with that I would still recommend and stay here again. "

"Clean comfy Studio Rooms Great location to the hospital and beautiful surroundings. Every Staff Member has been so nice and welcoming! Went above and beyond to help us when the Ac in one of our rooms wasn’t working properly. Breakfast is Free and good! They have many amenities. "

"The room was very clean but the lighting was AWFUL. You couldn't see in the bathroom because the lighting was so bad. I thought they were on dimmers but no, just bad lighting. Kudos to the cleaning staff, they are amazing. The pool area was clean but there were no lifeguards. The lazy river didn't have any staff attending to it, so if you got hurt or needed assistance you were at a loss. The restaurant on property wasn't good and was more like a quick service with overpriced chicken tenders....

"I really like this place. We come to San Antonio to visit our daughter’s family and this place is our favorite. The breakfast is a bit pricey so we don’t eat there. Great clean and nice place to stay. "

"The hotel and the building is great but it smells like dog. All the hallways smell like dog food. I think they should a sign an area that is pet free"
