"Very clean, pleasant property. Breakfast was decent."

"This hotel is in a terrible area. They were holding a private event and the music was so loud the entire block was vibrating. They could not accommodate parking for my Tahoe. One garage required an elevator and the other fills up at night. On street parking did not appear to be easy. We did not end up staying. We talked to the front desk and they allowed us to leave and have us a full refund with no problem. Staff at front desk was very friendly and nice."

"This place was much cleaner when it first opened. Now the rooms are in need of mor attention. Sheets had holes in them towels was very dingy a white towel looked beige, had hair on them. The sink in the bathroom was broken. Chair in the room stained. This place can definitely use some TLC."

"Good hotel. Comfortable beds and clean room. Breakfast was decent ad service was ok. Public transport was not an easy option if you wanted to take bus/subway to NYC. There was noise from the roads all night even on the 6th floor and the EV chargers never worked. Would stay here only if we can get rooms on the other side of the hotel without road noise."

"They hotel is great. But the neighborhood is rough. Put that place in Manhattan and the price would double. It's very nice. Just know that part of town is sad and rough."

"If you ask for early checking in at 1 p.m. instead of 4, and you pay the $75+ fee, you will most likely still wait an additional 40-50 minutes to get in even though they ask you what time you would be there."

"Prison cell sized rooms at full Hilton prices. Not kidding, the rooms are so small you can't walk past the bed without turning sideways. The sink is in the hall, not the bathroom. No place to store anything. There's no place to put your luggage. The neighboorhood is sketchy, bums sleeping on the sidewalks. Don't go out after dark. Most mornings the hot water runs out. This is the closest hotel to the Universities, but still would be better to take a car/subway from further south."

"This hotel is literally a motel. The room looked horrific, smelled like a room for quickies. Sheets and comforter had cigarette burns. The A/C didn't work. The walls are thin and could hear everything in the hallways."
