"The room was as described. Close to mass transportation . The staff was great and the breakfast surprisingly good. They had a mix so hot food was available they just makes you off by room and number of guests so no random people could walk in. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Room was visibly dirty and not vacuumed (found false eyelashes on floor, shower floor had hairs, smudges on table and counter surfaces, hole in bathroom door. Bed itself was clean and comfortable. Encountered few staff. Check in was easy. Coffee/tea was not replenished (only one coffee cup for a stay for 2 people). It was alright for one night but don’t plan to return for accommodations. "

"Great little place 10 minutes from Central park, and an easy Subway ride to Times Square! If you want a nice, clean, safe place to hang your hat at night while visiting Manhattan (for a great price), come here! It was so nice to walk into a beautiful old building where the hard wood hadn't been landlord-special'd, and we enjoyed the good eats further down Amsterdam. The parking is actually a block over, so be prepared to be paused in traffic to unload, or just park and walk your bags over when you check in. My only note is that our bed was comically loud and squeaky, you could adjust your leg or roll over and the whole thing would creak. My husband and I were on our honeymoon, and we cracked plenty of jokes about it, lol. "
