"It is in the process of remodeling, our room was ok. It is not as nice as some new BW we have stayed at. When I checked in the clerk was very friendly. Breakfast was just ok, we were the only ones in there and no clerk ever came out, kind of freaky!"

"Reserved 2queen and sleeper for 5. The beds were not a queen and full sized. The sleeper had no bedding and had to retrieve. There was dog hair all over the sleeper and the aroma of dog was in the room. This extremely bothered my allergies. There were only enough towels for two guests. Had to retrieve those as well. Breakfast was bare at 8:05 and served until 9:30. There was nothing to eat. So we had to spend the additional money to get breakfast. Bananas were brown."
