"The stay was just ok. The headboard was greasy and nasty, floor half vacuum, and the padding under the sheets were bunch up under the fitted sheet. We seen a bug flying on the curtains. I was told at the desk checking in that I would get a receipt at check out. When I checking out I was old if you use a 3rd party they mail the receipt. I use 3rd party often and still receive a printed out receipt."

"Breakfast was cold, kitchen staff also set out molded bread. Was charged $461.30 when the room was supposed to be $310.90, the service desk worker(s) guaranteed that $150.00 would be refunded on 5/16 however the $150.00 was never refunded, taking additional money from someone is unprofessional & in return I will most likely not give this company my business again nor would I refer them to anyone UNLESS I receive the refund that I was guaranteed. It is beyond unprofessional & immoral to list a room at $310.90 & charge an additional $150.00. "

"Its a beautiful new hotel. Great gym and beautiful pool. The only thing that does not fit in is the front desk staff. They were very dismissive, lazy and rude. They would rather gossip among themselves than assist you. When I tried to buy something from the small store they have upfront , the front desk staff at first looked upset because I interrupted her conversation with two other co-workers, than told me thats a 3rd party store and she cant help me pay for it and I should go somewhere else to buy what I need. This is not a customer service Hilton prides itself by and its out of place for a hotel like this. Very disappointed."
