"This is a five star review. Only complaint was the bed was wonky on the side my husband slept on, and the hot water in the bathroom and kitchen sink was not very hot. The shower was great with hot water, so I thought the sinks' issues was odd I had business meetings at the convention center and Riverside Hilton, and both just took a few minutes to walk to with a MUCH more reasonable price! The neighborhood felt safe, and there were so many restaurants and amenities nearby. Didn't get a chance...

"Absolutely loved the property! It was very conveniently located, parking was amazing. It is newly built and very spacious. We were in town for the night very last minute due to a family emergency and because of the holiday there weren’t too many places available. My only complaint is the price, the cleaning fee is as much as a 1 night stay. "

"Great location and Beautiful place. We felt very safe here. There is a gate and a garage. I appreciated the communication being fast and easy. The only thing I wish was different was having one more bathroom in the downstairs room that holds 4 people. They had to walk up 2 flights of stairs for a shower. Other than that, we were very happy with the place and we would definitely stay there again!"

"Location cannot be beat. 1 mile from Tulane campus. And more restaurants within a three block radius than you could possibly visit during your stay. Also, really convenient to be across the street from a grocery store. The house has a very cute backyard. A sweet front porch. A nice kitchen with minimal but useful supplies. The beds were comfortable. It is a true shotgun layout so the bedrooms connect to each other. This was not a problem for us. My two negatives were one, the couch in the living...

"Theres a ton of steep steps to get into the 2nd/3rd floor units. This is however listed in the reviews. Its not ADA accessible at all. The unit was very spacious. Area a little rough but it was cool. They need to do something with the vacant property next door. Grass and weeds tall and not a good appearance. "

"My family and I stayed at this location for Memorial Day weekend. It was a very clean, spacious, and convenient spot to stay in to have access to downtown events, restaurants, and attractions. The parking was awful. It would’ve been helpful had someone mentioned that there was construction going on so parking was limited. There were ants in certain areas.
