"The staff at this property are wonderful. Everyone was freindly and helpful. We received helpful suggestions from both Sophia nad Matteo. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was lovely, very celan and had everything we needed. The location is also fantastic. It is a 5 minute walk to the main terrace/ waterfront and lots of restuarants. It is also very close to the newer section of Quebec City as well. The parking was super easy and close, well worth the money which was reasonable. We would...

"Great location for our interests and activities. The staff was accommodating when we needed assistance and they were helpful when we requested recommendations."

"We had a wonderful time here. The staff was kind and very helpful. They helped with our luggage and always said hello and smiling. Highly recommend this hotel. The pool and sauna were fabulous and so relaxing. Also, a big shout out to the lady in the restaurant! (Wish I got her name ) ! The bar was closed and she let us take 2 drinks to go up to our room at the end of our evening. Very nice getaway. Highly recommended staying here. We would come back. Thank you !"

"I enjoyed my stay at the Monastère des Augustines. Although the bathrooms are shared, they are fully furnished with a sink and a toilet inside with locks, not too different from individual, private bathrooms. They are clean and also plenty of them down the hall. The breakfast was good and healthy, it is not hearty but fill you up pretty good. I recommend visiting the museum and chapel during your stay as well."
