There is no reception, only cleaner lady. But it is easy to contact them via phone number and email from website. Facilities are clean, new and modern. Though walk up the hill to go to downtown, there are some groceries and restaurant nearby. It has an envelop in the room to put tip but no coffee machine.

Property is safe, clean and in neighbourhood that has great accessibility to the areas we wanted to see and good restos. Was surprised that bedrooms have curtains rather than doors. Parking is QC is expensive and none onsite.

We really liked staying here. Super convenient for several bus lines, and restaurants and a grocery nearby. Comfortable layout, very clean. We only wished for a closet in the bed area alcove, instead of 4 pegs. As we stayed for a week, there was no place to hang clothes and we had to live out of the suitcase. But we would stay again.

Beautiful new apartment with good location

One of the nicest place I have ever stayed. About 15 minutes walk to the old Quebec City so the location was very good. Place is new and clean. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful property. Clean and spacious rooms. St roch is a cute area. Happy with choice. If I had one suggestion it would be to equip rooms with keirig machines and to offer a couple pods. It would be an extra nice touch.
